I am a romantic at heart and met my husband when I was 15—we have been together ever since, and he is truly the best.  We have two beautiful daughters and when we had our first, I decided that I wanted to make a change so I could be at home with her as much as possible.  I had dabbled on and off with photography since high school and finally decided to take the leap and start a career in it which has led me here-eight years later.  I feel so incredibly honoured that people choose me to document some of the most cherished moments of their lives.

 

I believe that in the end the most important thing in our lives are the relationships that we build and hold onto.  When we look back we will remember our family and friends and the big and little moments that happen throughout our lifetime with them. They will be the most cherished things in our lives.  But as time goes on and we grow older, and our lives continuously change it will only be the memories that we can hold onto, and they can be fleeting.  I want to preserve these special moments in time for you.  I want you to look back at your photos and remember the feeling of that day--the way your baby's skin felt or the way your loved one's looked at you.  I want you to remember what it felt like to be young and in love.  I want you to have tangible memories, that will be treasured forever-- not only by you but also by those who come after you.
